These terms govern your use of the Pitwhiz platform, operated by WhizBizco Ltd trading as Pitwhiz ("Pitwhiz", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pitwhiz. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at privacy@pitwhiz.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Pitwhiz offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed per active vehicle via Stripe. Current pricing is available at https://pitwhiz.com/#pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You retain ownership of all motorsport data you upload to Pitwhiz. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service, including AI-powered analysis. Anonymised data may be used to improve our AI models as described in our Privacy Policy.
Max, our AI feature, is provided as a performance support tool only. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for technical or safety decisions. You remain solely responsible for all vehicle setup, race strategy, and driving decisions.
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
All platform content, design, trademarks, and technology are the property of WhizBizco Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pitwhiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Pitwhiz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
