WhizBizco Ltd, trading as Pitwhiz ("Pitwhiz", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales.

We operate the Pitwhiz platform, a motorsport data and performance management service available at pitwhiz.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash)
• Profile information: driver details and vehicle details
• Usage data: session activity, feature usage, and log data
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card details
• Motorsport performance data: session records, setup configurations, tyre data, and lap times

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Pitwhiz platform
• Personalise your experience and deliver AI-powered analysis
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send service communications including account, billing, and product updates
• Improve and develop our platform and AI models using anonymised data
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI and data processing

Pitwhiz includes AI features branded as Max, powered by the Anthropic API. Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with their data processing agreement and privacy policy.

Anonymised performance data may be used to improve AI model accuracy and platform performance. Personal identifiers are removed before any such use.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with the following third parties:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Anthropic: AI model processing
• Hosting providers: infrastructure and storage (UK-based)

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Third-party advertising

Pitwhiz may display third-party commercial content within the platform. This advertising is not targeted based on your personal data.

7. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Minimum age

Pitwhiz is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated data without delay.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Pitwhiz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
